Baby shoes

Im on a bit of a baby shoes binge at the moment haha. I have lots of poeple i know having babies at the moment and though handmade flet baby shoes would be lovley presents.

A friend of mine sourced the patterns form Etsy and here are the results so far!

Simple pattern,felt blanket stiched together, fully reversable with ladybug applique's:




Mary-Jane style, wool felt outer (pink) with acrylic felt leopard print, snap closure and fleece inner sole

TNN Gruffalo Swap

Me and My friends on TNN ( The Nappy Network) Recently had a crafty handmade swap ased on the book "The Gruffalo"

Heres what i made

#1: A picnic basket full of a Felt Feast!



- with a hand sewn ( blanket stitched, of course ;) ) picnic rug wiht butterflie applique



#2: i made one of my teacup pincushions and a 3 part felt keychain





In return i got this beautiful package, containing a homemade pocket nappy for Flynn in a fern print, and some lovly knitted hand warmers for Ash, made form hand dyed yarn :)



Still waiting for my second one :)

Im alive!! + what ive been up to

I am alive!!

Have jest been in the midst of moving for that past month from wellingotn up to Oakura in Taranaki. I am now beachy again hehe
